In December, 1993 Peter Construction and Supply Co., Inc. transferred it's interest in Barbour Manor Subdivision to the Barbour Manor Homeowners Association, with their primary purpose being the enforcement of the Declaration of Restrictions of Barbour Manor Subdivision and in accordance with the Bylaw Articles of the Barbour Manor Homeowners Association.
