Meeting Time:
July 14th, 2026, @ 6:30 PM–ends at 8:15 PM

This change was approved by a successful majority vote of the owners of eligible households at the meeting June 9th, 2026. Eligible households are those who have paid their dues since becoming a resident in Barbour Manor and the HOA.

A majority of eligible households in attendance at this meeting voting for the $325 dues increase installs the change.
